Quick shipping, good custom mug

Ordered a personalised mug. Customisation was accurate. Shipped faster than I expected, arrived in about 8 days. Good quality mug. Happy with the purchase.

Good product, delivery could improve

I ordered a personalised night light for my nephew's birthday. The customisation was exactly as I'd hoped, and the quality of the acrylic and wooden base felt sturdy. It makes a really nice soft glow. My only slight issue was with the delivery time; it took 10 days to reach me in California, which felt a little long, even coming from the UK. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, though. Overall, a solid purchase, just plan ahead for shipping.

Decent value for a unique gift

I was looking for a unique baby shower gift and found Pickled Tink. I opted for one of their personalised night lights, trying to maximize my budget. I signed up for the newsletter and got a 10% off code, which helped with the overall cost, making it feel more like a good deal. Shipping wasn't free, but the discount balanced it out. The item itself arrived well-packaged and looked just like the preview. For a custom item, I felt the final price was fair, especially with the saving. It's a bit of an investment, but the quality seems worth it.

Consistent quality, reliable service

This was my third order from Pickled Tink, and they're always reliable. I got a personalised cushion this time, and it's just as well-made as the name plaque I ordered last year. The fabric feels good, and the printing is sharp, just like with my previous items. Delivery was about the same as before, took around a week and a half. I keep coming back because their stuff holds up, and I haven't had any issues with their customisation process.

Does anyone know if their night lights come with a power adapter? Or do I need to buy one separately?

C Cleo Kaur 1 month ago

Mine came with a USB cable, but no wall plug. Had to dig one out or use a computer port.

F Faith 1 month ago

Same here, just the USB cable. Good to know beforehand so you're not scrambling when it arrives.

Can I stack discount codes on Pickled Tink? I have a new customer one and saw another for free shipping.

E Emma 1 month ago

Nah, pretty sure it's only one code per order. Tried it before and it wouldn't let me.

W Wendy 1 month ago

Yeah, pretty standard for online stores, usually just one promo code at checkout. Pick the best one!

Anyone ordered from them to the US? Wondering about the shipping time from the UK.

L Laura 2 months ago

They do ship internationally, but I'd expect it to take a couple of weeks at least to get to the US. Plus any customs delays.

A Alex 2 months ago

Ordered a christening gift from them to California once. It arrived, but took a while, maybe 2-3 weeks total with the making time.

How do Pickled Tink's personalized items compare to stuff from Not On The High Street in terms of quality and price?

R Renee N. 2 months ago

I'd say the quality is comparable, maybe even a bit better on some things, but Pickled Tink often feels a little more unique and specialized for kids' stuff. Prices are in the same ballpark, sometimes PT is a bit cheaper.

R Rachel Brooks 2 months ago

Not On The High Street has more variety overall, but for personalized night lights specifically, Pickled Tink is really good. I've bought from both and been happy with both, but PT is my go-to for nursery items.

Hey guys, thinking of getting a personalized night light for my niece's birthday. How long does the customization usually take before it ships out?

M Mike B. 2 months ago

I ordered a name sign for a baby shower last month and it took about a week to get it made and sent off. Felt pretty quick.

P Phil 2 months ago

Yeah, I think their custom stuff usually adds a few days to the processing time. So factor that in on top of shipping. Not instant but not ages either.

Looking at their night lights, are they pretty durable and safe for a toddler's room? My kid is a bit wild.

T Tara P. 1 month ago

My friend has one in her kid's room and it seems sturdy enough. The acrylic part is pretty solid, not easily broken.

C Chris 1 month ago

They use LED lights and pretty safe materials for the bases. I wouldn't worry too much about it being unsafe, but obviously nothing is toddler-proof if they really go for it!

What's the deal with returns if I get a personalized item and don't like how it looks in person?

E Elena J. 2 months ago

Custom items are usually a no-go for returns unless there's a fault. Makes sense though, can't really resell something with a specific name on it.

C Carly Z. 2 months ago

I think for anything custom, once it's made, it's yours. So be super careful with spelling and choices before you hit order!
